POLICIES
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES PRIOR TO BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. These are also in place to ensure our services exceed your expectations.
We accept only cash and card payments.
SALON POLICIES:

Space is very limited and unless discussed otherwise, NO EXTRA GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE SUITE UNLESS THEY ARE RECEIVING A SERVICE.

All coloring prices are starting prices and are subject to increase based on client length, density, and service time. All services are based on an ALA CARTE pricing. Color service prices do not include style, style is an additional add-on.
COLOR APPOINTMENTS:

All color services require a CONSULTATION prior to booking. Consultations are done during your TLC (required for first-time clients ) to ensure that you are a color candidate and your hair is in a healthy state to receive color services.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW-POLICY:

Cancellation must be done at least 24 hrs before the appointment. Same-day cancellation clients will be charged half of the service total. Please avoid same-day cancellations, we understand things happen but this can be a huge inconvenience and takes away from clients who want to book an appointment.

A no-show will be charged for the whole service total. If you are a new client that cancels less than 24 hr deposit is non-refundable. We understand things happen last minute and suddenly, and we would greatly appreciate communication to avoid these fees.

LATE APPOINTMENTS:

A 15 min grace period will be honored to late clients. However, once out of this window we will ask that you reschedule your appointment (a cancellation fee will then be taken). Your time is just as precious as ours but lateness will affect the flow of the day. Then this will run into the next client's appointment and affect their time. Please communicate well in advance if you will be late so adjustments can be made.
